CPT-G series now available

CPT-G is newly released. CPT-G features multiple units (Si, metric, American) for global use. Data can be downloaded through a communication cable to PC with a Tohnichi dedicated software. Please see details http://tohnichi.jp/english/product/detail/214.html

Operating instructions for "PQL" and "PCL", Pre-lock style torque wrenches, are renewed.

The operating instructions for PQL (Ratchet head type) and PCL (Interchangeable head type) models, are updated. The Pre-lock type torque wrenches have external scales, but requires a hex key to make torque adjustment. As complimentary products, photos and specification lists for "PQLLS/PCLLS", (for Pokayoke) are also added. The "PQLLS/PCLLS" modules can be converted into a wireless FH transmitter which can be used in 11 countries/region.

Tohnichi new product catalog 2010 is now available to download.

The new product catalog includes; replaced main catch lines for all products, upgraded color-coded model names and torque ranges by unit (S.I., Metric, American), added new product information and columns involving "Tightening Data Management System".

Russian certificate "GOST-R" can be seen in the QL/QLE model page.

"GOST-R" certificate is required to import and distribute torque products in Russia. Tohnichi "QL/QLE" model, adjustable click style torque wrench, is already certified the "GOST-R" to be used in Russia. Click here for details.

CPT Protork is now available

The new digital torque wrench CPT ProTork is now available. CPT ProTork is a simplified version of CEM3 torque wrench. It allows the user to see the ongoing torque level by means of LED lamp movement and the buzzer sound patterns. It will be available as package (including interchangeable head, plastic box, etc) as well as the wrench itself.

PQL is designed to change torque value by using a hex wrench (included in the package) while checking the current torque value by the main graduation on the
handle.

Unlike QSP(preset), users do not need to use torque tester to set a new torque value.

Tohnich Torque Tester/Checker integrates all 3 torque units in one model (Newton, Metric and American).

Torque wrench tester DOTE3, Torque screwdriver tester TDT2 and Line checker LC2 are now modified to integrate the 3 torque units in one model (Newton, Metric and American). They are respectively renamed as DOTE3-G, TDT2-G and LC2-G. Now you can refer the torque value in cNm, Nm, Kgf.cm, Kgf.m, Lbf.in, and Lbf.ft in one model. Please see the details below. Limit Switch type Torque Screwdriver RTDLS/RNTDLS are launched

Limit Switch Type Toque Screwdriver RTDLS/RNTDLS are now available. RTDLS/RNTDLS can be used for count checking purpose in the production line, etc. RTDLS/RNTDLS have 3 models (120CN, 260CN, 500CN) each depending on the torque range. Please review the detailed spec at RTDLS and RNTDLS.

SPN-MH (metal handle version) joins SPN series

Notched Type Preset Torque Wrench SPN now has Metal Handle version available as SPN-MH. Notched head allows you to continue tightening without removing the head off the nut. Metal Handle is usuful in slippery conditions with oil, etc. Please see details here
